What have they done? I am so disappointed. The applicator looks like it was inadvertently sliced during manufacturing but in fact, I see it is a new design. Terrible. Product actually "splashes" out as you remove it from the tube and so much of it is pooled up in the big concave space it leaks over your face. Never again. So sad. I loved this line. I am absolutely crushed and cannot understand why they would get rid of the old formula and replace it with this super thin no coverage stuff that settles into lines. I am literally scouring the internet frantically buying as many of the old formula concealers (instant full cover concealer) as I can find. I have been using this stuff for as long as I can remember and it is the only stuff that I could ever find that covers my dark circles and doesn't age the eye area. Really dropped the ball on this Bobbi Brown. Please bring back the instant full cover. There are enough "skin" concealers in the world and they don't cover anything. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box for this concealer in Cool Sand when it arrived. It was the back-up tube that went into the closet for a few months. Flash forward to yesterday when I open it up and was puzzled at the round tube, the different name, the different shade, the different consistency. Then I tried it out and was angry. It is thin and drying and the Cool Sand (which I've worn for 15+ years) is lighter and more orange based than before. It's like they just repackaged the cheaper line of one of the sister brands. That brand also changed all shades to more red/orange based and no longer match my skin. Mondays are bad enough without losing your go-to concealer. :(. Originally posted on www.bobbibrown.co.uk
