I read rave reviews about this and decided to give it a try...I've got major dark circles under my eyes and have been on a quest for the perfect concealer. This, unfortunately, is not it. My first complaint is the bottle - you have to squirt it out, so there's no way to control how much you get, which means wasting a lot - and it's expensive. That aside, the product is very heavy and my mineral powder foundation just sits on top of it and looks very "made-up". Actually, if you prefer that look, you might love this. I prefer a more natural look, and this is definitely not it. To be fair, it DOES say that it's a full coverage concealer...take that seriously because it is. To get it to look right under makeup (and not just have spots where there's clearly a lot of makeup and others that just have a normal amount), I'd literally have to use it over my whole face first. You can see the difference in the photo. I used this under my eye, then foundation over my whole face. The difference between my undereye and the rest of my face looks so weird. And you can also see that my glasses make a line on my nose if I blend this out that far. I think the best thing about it is that the claim of being long-wearing is definitely accurate. It lasts all day for sure...which would be great if I loved the look. haha Will be looking into the return policy. Back to the drawing board for me.... Originally posted on www.maccosmetics.co.uk
