The best footwear in Britain
3 October 2018
Our collaboration with British brands Sanders and Loake brings to light the importance of beautifully made, well-fitting footwear, created using traditional craftsmanship established in both factories in Northamptonshire in the late 19th century. Both brands have established themselves as steeped in heritage, creating unrivalled footwear that is coveted by the world over.

Widely inspired by vintage military kit, the range combines these military patterns with some of the finest formal and casual leathers in the world to create premium quality footwear. From our classic, wear-with-anything brogue to the timeless chukka boot made famous by the likes of Steve McQueen and more recently, Daniel Craig, the aim of this collaboration is to bring you incredibly made shoes that’ll last for years to come – and look good with everything. Sanders craftsmen create iconic footwear using the highest level of experience and unparalleled manufacturing traditions in Northampton, the epicentre for shoemaking in Great Britain.
Much like Sanders, with its long tradition of making military footwear, Loake hugely contributed to the war effort through the manufacture of boots for the British army. These heavy, thick soles – alongside the incredible leather used on the shoes – still make up the foundations of the footwear that Loake creates today. From classic loafers, to sturdy brogue boots and an everyday Derby, our collection with Loake is guaranteed to keep you undeniably stylish all year round.
So, whether you’re investing in footwear for work or pieces to carry you into the weekend, you simply cannot go wrong with a pair of incredibly made, classically stylish pair of shoes.
