    Am a size 4.5. As the trainer looked narrow I ordered a 5. Not convinced that I needed to upsize but kept the 5 anyway to accommodate thick socks for winter. Comfortable easy to put on trainer. Look stylish. Originally posted on www.pavers.co.uk
