Explore one of London’s most beautiful locations with a family visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew. The world’s largest collection of living plants, this UNESCO World Heritage Site features 326 acres of diverse plant life from across the globe. Journey through glasshouses and landscapes shaped over the Garden’s 250 year history. As well as exploring some of the world’s most famous gardens, you'll have access to the Royal Kitchens, Palm House, the Rose Garden, Kew Palace, The Princess of Wales Conservatory, and critically acclaimed UK pavilion from the Milan Expo 2015, The Hive. Designed to be an immersive, multi-sensory experience inspired by bees, you'll be drawn in by hundreds of glowing LEDs and orchestral sounds filling the air. To get the most out of your day, take part in one of the daily tours, allowing you to see the best bits of this amazing destination. Adults are deemed to be 17 and over. Children are deemed to be under 17. Disabled access is available throughout the gardens. Kew Palace offers a staff-operated lift to all three of its floors. Kew Gardens opens daily at 10.00 (except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Closing times vary seasonally. Kew Palace, along with the associated Royal Kitchens and Queen Charlotte’s Cottage are open annually from Easter to the last weekend in September.
