The bottle top was loose on the bottle so liquid had leaked out the parcel smelt beautiful!!!!

NO packaging around the bottle ! This arrived with the majority of the content in the plastic bag, as the bottle is a screw top. very disappointed as i love the original product, but NOT the refill !

When it arrived it had leaked all over the cardboard box it came in . It was going to be a gift so it was useless and so had to return. Also it just comes as a "loose" bottle and not in a gift box which is OK for the money. I was surprised that the cap did not have any kind of seal on it nor did the top of the bottle have a covering. I bought 2 different ones and they had both come open and leaked everywshere when they were delivered so only half full. Def would not order again. Smell was OK iif a bit chemical

I love customer service- absolutely amazing and hassle free. I bough reed in this fragrance and have been past 4 years swapping with Miami one aswel. The best one that last so long and makes the room smell lush
