Each of the hearts can be personalised with words, names and dates special to you – it’s the perfect gift for a loved one, new mum or those we have had years to be thankful for. Handmade in sterling silver. Includes an 18in chain. Large heart can be personalised with 20 characters on right side and 20 left side of the heart, the small heart 16 characters on the right and 16 on the left side of the heart. Silver items can have a clear or black letter finish.
