Fits on top of the bed with straps to go under each corner of the bed. I thought it was more like a fitted sheet but maybe I didn’t read the description well enough

Really pleased. Fits well on deep mattress. Doesn't ping off the corners and doesn't make you sweat out at night like some of them do.
