    Only gave 4 stars because the inner metal frame of the shade was so stiff that I feared breaking it if I twisted it the other way up as I needed to and as it's designed to do in most lampshades. Indeed, it was so stiff that I wondered of it wasn;t supposed to move. I rang customer services who assured me that if I broke it, I could get a refund. So it all worked out fine, and I did manage to position the shade as I wanted.
