    When I tried to write the name of the person and add the apostrophe and then the S to show it belonged to someone the box where the name went wouldn’t not allow this, so I thought that you just needed to add the name and the company would add the apostrophe and S to make it correct, they did not, and they looked really stupid without it and didn’t make sense, these were xmas presents and and were wasted money as I could not send them to the recipient as they weren’t right. Not happy at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless this name box can be corrected. You will get a product that will be a waste of money and can’t be gifted.

    Very dissatisfied the personalisation asked for name so I put the name expecting the apostrophe to then be added but this was not the case. I will not be giving them as the presents now.

    This product arrived today and the writing is so faint that it's difficult to see it. It's a Christmas present so I can't return it as this 1 took 2 weeks to come so another won't arrive in time.
