Yes. For a child without level of disability the wellies would be a delight to wear. I had to return them to the store as my granddaughter couldn't fit her foot to the toe of the boot as thQe ankle part was over flexible. Beautiful design and delightful for an average 6 years old child to wear. Fleece lined and warm so it was with regret that I had to return rhe boots.

Toddler loves these wellies and she can put them on herself which is great. The fairy design is cute and the lining is perfect to keep feet warm. They’re made very well and nice and sturdy worth the money

Love themSuper cute, both of my girls love wearing them. Neither have complained about wet or cold feet like they did before. Even got my son the plain black ones which he loves also.
