Inside the package was 2xnumbet 3 and no number 4 which made it very difficult to put together

I bought this on line but the description did not give detailed measurements of the shelves. I ended up going to a store and measuring it!
I tried the online chat. Was passed around and cut off after wasting half an hour - that's when I went to the store to get internal dimensions
