    I ordered the Super king size of this bed and it looks amazing, exactly as advertised. The colour is a lovely gold and the frame seems very sturdy. It went together quickly and easily.

    My only complaint is that it is a very noisy bed frame. Just getting into bed or trying to turn over in the night resulted in creaks and squeaks. It turned out that it was the wooden slats rubbing on the metal frame as there aren't any caps on the ends so I spent a little time making some 'socks' for the ends of the slats and problem solved.

    This bed is lovely, strong structurally and is a beautiful colour but it DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO. There is a support post at the bottom of the bed which is seen from all angles that completely interrupts the linear design. I contacted customer service who gave me a £20 discount voucher (gee, thanks!) but despite my request they have still not changed the photo. Frustrated that marketing felt the need to mis-sell this product because without the support bar it is gorgeous, but not what I purchased as the bar is a required part of construction. Genuinely lovely frame and it is worth buying providing your footboard isn't a design feature of the room like mine is.
