    There is a design fault leafing to warped stretched scratched and dented panels on bith table top and bench seat

This range is made from reclaimed pine - so by nature it should have a salvage style finish with evidence of its former use. If you haven't already please contact our home customer services team, they will try and understand if your concerns are related to something that should not be part of the Jefferson style and appearance.     Arrived faulty and is overpriced for the quality of this product. It has been sent back to Next for a refund, which has been processed but they are yet to send the money back. I expected a better service from a reputable brand like Next!
